Great question, Mark! I don't know the answer, but I think you noted a key concept: co-exist. At the same time, I personally believe we need to join in comUNITY with like-minded sentients -- those of us who see exactly what's going on. Just to support each other and let one another know that we've not all gone mad. In seeing one another as the builders of a new paradigm, we can collectively bless, dismiss and ultimately (in one lifetime or another) alchemize the old one we all used to play in ;)

@@DaybreakTherapy Appreciate this response. My original statement arises from years of exploring trauma and it’s impact on myself and others. Co-existence takes on a life of it’s own at some point in a well examined or deeply rooted process. Some do not easily escape the singular collective trauma consciousness (the headline attention attracting title) and create their own. Some find a clear view of their needs and develop a sense of what they have to compromise to continue in the mainstream, find some middle ground or create their own and weather and enjoy the consequences/outcome of the path they choose. I really appreciate the stories and methods shared on this channel as it appears more and more of these stories are being realized by common people who are looking for community and support like this. The depth required to fully deal with early childhood developmental trauma far exceeds coffee or cocktail table book pop-psychology around shame and guilt, as the very peddling or salesmanship of help is inherently rooted in the legs of the coffee table, so to speak. All the best.
